๐ Return Process for Mopar Parts
- Contact us to initiate any return request
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt
- Returns are processed to maintain accurate OEM parts fulfillment
๐ฆ Return Eligibility Requirements
- Parts must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Items must be in resaleable condition
- We cannot accept:
- Used Mopar parts
- Installed or attempted-to-install parts
- Opened or damaged packaging
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions
โ ๏ธ Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts are not returnable
- Any part that has been installed, modified, or used is ineligible for return
๐ฐ Restocking Fees
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Returns help ensure continued availability of discounted OEM Mopar parts
๐ VIN Verification & Order Accuracy
- Providing a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is strongly recommended
- VIN verification helps ensure you receive the correct Mopar OEM part the first time
- Orders placed without VIN verification are still processed but:
- Returns may be subject to restocking fees if incorrect parts are ordered
โ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders (or portions of orders) may be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
- If a cancelled part was special-ordered from the manufacturer:
- A 15% cancellation/restocking fee may apply
